Painting Progress

Sooooooo...I love my painting class. This week I tackled the bananas and the vase. Now I feel a bit frozen...scared to take on the flowers and unsure what to do with the surface of the table (printed/patterned table cloth, or something neutral/dark/plain?). My initial vision included a plain table, but my recent Matisse obsession (I went for the third time today) has me so eager to paint textiles.
