According to this post, all I have to do is freeze bananas, then throw them in the food processor, et voila, banana ice cream! I'll let you know how it goes...

Awesome! I am SO trying this. I often lament about the lack of banana ice cream in the grocery store - I had no idea I could make my own. Sweeeeet.
