Run Birdie Run

This past weekend, Birdie went for 13.1. She ran a personal best for this distance, thanks in no small part to her tiara.

Balance

A great reminder as we all quest for the right balance.  With all my marathon obsessing training (and work, and weekends in Jackson with the girls) lately, I am walking a VERY fine line between being selfish and being driven.
