While poking around in my old Boston hood I spied this adorable playhouse. This thing is sitting on some prime real estate (right on the edge of back bay and south end). Life is good for these kiddos...what a rad place to play!

If you love this playhouse, and you have $3million sitting around, it could be yours. The house that it is attached to is on the market.
For some reason the posting doesn't even mention the playhouse...maybe they are taking it with them when they go? Well, if you need a new playhouse built after you buy this townhouse, just call up Fritsch Construction, as you know he can make a rad tree house....
