Ms. Silk...you drive me crazy. I applaud Deb for not laughing at you, you sound so silly you litter bug you. This effort is not anti smoking, it is anti litter. Perhaps all the chemicals in those ciggy's have impacted your ability to get it? Keep on smoking....just toss your butts into the garbage.
