Z$

Birdie and Bry are visiting this week, so I will probably be light on posts and heavy on hanging out with them. However, I can't stop laughing at some of the funny things they have shared about their recent visit with my sweet niece Z$, who is 3. Here are three of my favorites...


1. When Z says her prayers at night, she has decided that she does not like to say "Amen". Instead she likes to say "Magic Wand". One night her prayer was overheard and it went like this..."God Bless Mommy, Daddy and the TV. Magic Wand!". I can't decide if it is funnier that she has replaced "Amen" with "Magic Wand" or that she is blessing the TV. Love it.

2. Keeping the religious theme going...at church Z turned to her dad and in a very loud voice she said, "I'm sad that Mary and Jesus are both dead".

The nuns at her little catholic school are not going to know what to do with her when she starts in the fall....



3. Z's mama is having a new baby in June. They have not found out if it will be a boy or a girl, they are going to be surprised. However, Z has let everyone know that if it is a boy she "will NOT be happy". It should be a girl and they should name it Sprinkles. Or Sparkles.
