Beliebers

Well folks, you heard it here first.  The Biebs was in fact in Amsterdam on an unplanned stopover to take in some culture and blow off some pot steam.    Reports indicate he also hit up the Chipsy King, something that has now been added to my must do list.  Even Perez confirms he hit up the souvenir shop...i am confident it was the exact one where sweetP got her new hat.
