I am still mourning
the end of Domino, but
Sunset is my favorite magazine. Their recipes are never (OK, rarely) intimidating. Last night I made
Thai Chicken Coconut Soup (from December 2008 issue). This was my third time making it. Always good, always easy. The only adjustment that I make to the recipe is to add a bit more chili paste and I also dump in brown rice to make it a more robust meal.
I am blogging about it as I eat a bowl of it for a late lunch. It is almost better the day after...
Also great is the
Pad Thai recipe from Sunset that I posted about a month ago.
