My Kind of Picnic

Hey, if anyone is hosting a dinner in the sky, I'd love to join...we'll get a sitter.

Exterior Paint

Someday we'll need to repaint the house. We have been there over 5 years and the paint job is just starting to look a tiny bit tired.

I am not sure when it was last painted and I am not sure when we'll rally and ~~repaint it~~ get it repainted. I am sure that it is fun to think up color combo options. If I have my way it will be something funky that will get the neighbors talking....

I spotted this color combo here and I think I like it. Any ideas, suggestions or links to share...

I am still thinking about the stair word art...and now I find this...shade word art. Hmmmm...

Still trying to think of what I'd say...or should I figure out where then what? Whatever. I like this idea, I like this picture, I like this room, let's leave it at that for now.

I spotted these in the window at Prada, in NYC. (Look close, you can see me spotting them with my spotted new iPhone case. )

I think they are playful and fun...if we didn't live in such a rainy climate I would have totally considered dropping $800 on them for a little vday gift.
