We all heart Domino. I always look forward to getting it in my mailbox. This post, on "You are my fave", really made me laugh...it is so true. 
Below is her list of how to get on the cover of Domino.
1. Have long hair and be extremely attractive so that every woman who reads the magazine wants to be you.
2. Be between the ages of 30-40 and have at least one small child. Bonus if the child is under the age of 2.
3. That child must be named Luca, Sophie, Lola, Matilda or something similar. You are automatically disqualified if your child is named something boring like John.
4. You must own a large apartment in Greenwich Village or Brooklyn. Southern California is acceptable if you've already met the previous 3 qualifications.
5. Your apartment must be perfectly decorated in a modern/hipster/no-country-kitchenish type of way.
6. You must own one designer piece of furniture. Preferably an Eames chair.
7. You have to have a cool job. Examples: magazine editor, stylist, interior designer, actress, model turned activist, photographer.
8. When asked about your style, you must simply say, "It just came together so easily. Over the years I gathered things from my travels. I guess I'm just naturally stylish."
P.S. Maybe I'll start growing out my hair, then I'll have the first 3 sorta covered...
The Schnitzel video is my favorite - I love Schnitzel and I think he is so funny in this one.
I have sampled the meatballs - which M&L C made for a dinner party last week. Yum. Cool thing about that video...there is vintage footage of Joe's grandmother making the meatballs, it is her recipe. Good meatballs.
Full disclosure - Joe is a friend. However, he is also an amazing and accomplished young chef in NYC. I'd love to see him relo to PDX and open up a restaurant...
I am inspired by how he puts himself out there in these videos. I also really enjoy seeing the NYC scenery. Love it. Well done Chef Joe.

This book is mindless and silly...its not the best I have ever read, but I did thoroughly enjoy it...and then gave it as a gift (win win).
